First of all, take some dark chocolate, the darkest that you can possibly find. Three or four ounces of this chocolate should be plenty in order to sweeten up the mix a little bit. Just keep in mind, the darker the chocolate, the less sugar content it is going to have.
Next, you’re going to want to add four or five tablespoons of organic nut butter. Although most people prefer peanut butter, you can also easily use almond butter or cashew butter in order to make the taste unique.
You are also going to need about two cups of organic coconut milk. This is an excellent source of a number of different vitamins and minerals, along with being delicious in its own right. If you have a source of young coconuts, you can blend the coconut water together with the meat in order to make your own delicious coconut milk.
You’re also going to want to add a couple tablespoons of rice bran, oat bran and a little bit of natural vanilla flavoring. Along with that, you may want to add some healthy nuts into the mix, such as walnuts or Brazil nuts.
